Elite Services which includes
Full Service Care PLUS quarterly preventative maintenance reviews, routine maintenance items, lawn care and snow removal.

Turnover Cleaning & Prep – $200–$600 per unit Professional cleaning and minor touch-ups between tenants to ensure your unit is move-in ready.

Seasonal Preventive Maintenance – $175–$300 per visit - includes HVAC filter changes, smoke detector checks, gutter cleaning, and other seasonal tasks.

Vendor Oversight & Quality Check – $50–$100 per visit. We inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and tenant satisfaction.
