Full Service Care PLUS priority response and support, quarterly preventative maintenance  review and planning, routine maintenance handled proactively, quarterly property reviews, lawn care and snow removal coordination and monitoring.

Tenant Placement - For the value of 1 month's rent, the following is included:

Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Coordination – $75–$125 per request.  We schedule and oversee repairs with trusted vendors, keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Emergency Response Support – $150 per incident 24/7 dispatch for urgent issues like plumbing leaks, heating failures, or electrical hazards.

  • Turnover Cleaning & Prep – $200–$600 per unit Professional cleaning and minor touch-ups between tenants to ensure your unit is move-in ready.

  • Seasonal Preventive Maintenance – $175–$300 per visit - includes HVAC filter changes, smoke detector checks, gutter cleaning, and other seasonal tasks.

  • Vendor Oversight & Quality Check – $50–$100 per visit.  We inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and tenant satisfaction.
